I am Dimitra Nikiforou, a licensed psychologist with

an MSc in Clinical Psychology, from the university of Leiden.

Based on my experience and continuous learning, I employ a Synthetic approach to my sessions.

This means that I integrate modalities from the Psychodynamic, CBT, Existential, DBT and Gestalt.
